Who we are

William Tucker Solutions is a sole proprietorship operated by William Tucker, based in Kelowna, British Columbia, Canada. We provide AI consulting services to businesses. This policy explains how we collect and handle personal information in accordance with Canada's Personal Information Protection and Electronic Documents Act (PIPEDA).

What information we collect

We only collect information you voluntarily provide through our contact form, the discovery-call booking widget, or email. This may include:

• Your name
• Your email address
• Your company name (optional)
• The message you send us

We do not collect payment information, health data, or any sensitive personal information. We do not use tracking cookies or analytics tools that identify individual visitors.

How we use your information

Information collected through the contact form is used solely to:

• Respond to your inquiry
• Schedule and conduct a discovery call if requested
• Follow up on potential engagements you've expressed interest in

We do not sell, rent, or share your personal information with third parties for marketing purposes.

How your information is stored

Contact form submissions are written to our customer record system hosted on Supabase, a PostgreSQL provider. Supabase stores data on servers in the United States. Their privacy policy is at supabase.com/privacy.

Submission notifications and the auto-reply email you receive are sent via Resend, our transactional email provider. Their privacy policy is at resend.com/legal/privacy-policy.

The form's spam-protection challenge is provided by Cloudflare Turnstile. Their privacy policy is at cloudflare.com/privacypolicy.

The server that processes the contact form is hosted on Railway. Their privacy policy is at railway.com/legal/privacy.

Email correspondence after the initial form submission is stored within our email provider's systems and is not shared externally.

Booking a discovery call

The contact page also offers a self-serve booking widget that lets you pick a discovery-call slot directly. The widget is provided by Google Calendar (Appointment Schedule). When you book, the name, email, and short message you provide are sent to Google to create a calendar event on William's calendar and email you an invite. Confirmed bookings include a Google Meet video conferencing link, which is also a Google product. Google's privacy policy is at policies.google.com/privacy.

Bookings made through the widget are not written to the customer record system mentioned above unless they are followed by a contact-form message or email exchange. Booking data lives in Google Calendar until that point.

AI chat assistant

This website features an AI chat assistant powered by the Anthropic Claude API. Messages you send through the chat widget are transmitted to Anthropic's API to generate a response and are subject to Anthropic's privacy policy (anthropic.com/privacy). We do not store chat transcripts on our end. Do not share sensitive personal or financial information through the chat widget.

Your rights

Under PIPEDA, you have the right to:

• Request access to the personal information we hold about you
• Request correction of inaccurate information
• Withdraw consent for us to use your information
• Request deletion of your personal information

Changes to this policy

We may update this policy from time to time. The "last updated" date at the top of this page reflects the most recent revision. Continued use of this website after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the updated policy.
